This cocoa butter is 100% pure and deodorised, offering a clean, neutral flavour while improving gloss, snap and workability in chocolate. A staple for chocolatiers and pastry chefs, it enhances couverture performance, lightens ganache texture, supports precise tempering curves, and boosts fluidity for fine detail work.

Because of its high stability and smooth melting profile, it is also excellent for vegan and plant-based desserts or as a natural fat source in baking.
